We appreciate the anxiety that is involved with leaving your baby in other’s hands, so our first goal is for you and your baby to quickly bond with their caregivers to promote trust. Our littlest learners will spend their day in a calm, warm, serene environment while having their individual needs met and engaging in age appropriate activities. We will work closely together to ensure your baby is getting everything they need to thrive and foster development.

Whether you child is brand new to HDS or is an infant class alumni, we are ready for them to shine bright in our Toddler Class! Here, social-emotional development is at the core of our program. The children will begin to develop a positive sense of self in a group setting while interacting more with classmates and following a routine. You will see your child begin to love learning. Through play and multi-sensory, child-centered activities, the children will explore their way to new skills with loving hands guiding them each step of the way.

This year is truly magical! The amount of growth and development that our Pre-schoolers experience is amazing to witness. Their love of learning becomes more evident as does their independence, confidence, and determination. Their classroom closely resembles what they will be exposed to the following year in Pre-K. They begin to engage in parallel play and will learn through doing in a light-hearted, fun, loving environment utilizing our multi-domain curriculum that fosters all areas of development. We love being a part of this special time!
